I'm a long time wig wearer but was looking for fresh input for colors and styles. Giselle was wonderful. I left with two wigs that I'm very excited about. It was a wonderful experience. I'll be back!

This was my second time visiting a wig shop, and I could not be more pleased with the service, the products, and the wonderful education that Gisselle provided. She was patient, listened intently to my needs, and educated me on the different types and sizes of caps, density options, and maintenance. To then receive an email within an hour with information regarding washing, styling, storing, and tip and tricks was truly above and beyond. I feel confident and beautiful in the wig I chose, and I could not have without her expertise and kindness. I will definitely refer her shop to everyone I know.

The in-person experience is 10/10! What’s funny is the first wig I tried on is the one I ended up purchasing. That tells me that they instince for costing a style that will complement your face is spot on!

Wow! My visit at Chiquel was absolutely wonderful. The sales associate was kind, caring, and understanding of hair loss. Alopecia areata is difficult! I was not pressured to purchase any of the wigs, however, I purchased two! The sales associate fully understood what I was looking for and continued to educate my family and myself about the products and terminology. I am from Idaho, but I was visiting family in Kansas. I will continue to purchase wigs from the store or online with Chiquel. Thank you for sharing your expertise! We had fun!

The lady was very nice and knowledgeable. She had me several gorgeous wigs picked out for me to try based on what I had previously told her my tastes were. I found a very nice wig that was very reasonably priced. She took time to educate me on wearing and caring for my new wig. I am very pleased and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wig.
